Thanks to those who turned out to meet Chef/Author Andrew Caldwell last month. Andrew’s new book will be out in the spring and one of the stops on his tour will be here in Charlotte. We are planning a special Titanic-themed dinner at McCormick & Schmick’s on May 19^th, so save the date.

Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we have something open to taste. You can check out our calendar to see what it will be. These free samplings are a great way to taste something new and perhaps expand your horizons a bit.
