Wednesday Night We got together in The Vino 100 Store to Try a Few New things. Guests from a SASIA Conference here in Charlotte joined some of our Charlotte Uptown Locals for a Sushi and Sake Tasting Featureing 15 different Sakes and 5 Different Sushi, as well. It was a BLAST. As a Direct Result of the tasting the Store will now be carrieng Three new products that were all around favorites, well two were everyone elses favorites and one was mine. White Dragon was my all time fav and the Sweeter unfiltered and the luscious plum/sake blend were the crowd pleasing picks. The Sushi came from a Great Local Sushi Reataurant, so a Special Thank You to Jackie (Sushi Chef/Owner) of New Zealand Cafe. Take a Look at the Pics Of what all we did...
