The entire world is changing. This is not news, but the place where the influence is coming from is also always changing. We are currently feeling more pan-asian and pacific rim trends than any time in recent history. From Lamb and Movies from New Zealand and Australia, to Asian inspired chefs worldwide, to that Iced coffee from Seattle, we are all in tune with the Pacific Rim. Thats not even mentioning the Political ramifications of these newer trade partners using a share of the world's energy, like never before. All these factors seem to be culminating to make everyone know more, try more and Understand at least a little of the cultures we know so little about.
